The workshop on Penulisan Proposal Penelitian, Opini Media Massa, dan Artikel pada Prosiding ber-ISSN

Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum UGM menyelenggarakan kegiatan Workshop “Penulisan Proposal Penelitian, Opini Media Massa, dan Artikel pada Prosiding ber-ISSN” pada Rabu, 6/03/2024 sampai Kamis, 8/03/2024. Workshop yang dilaksanakan di Ruangan 3.1.2 Fakultas Hukum UGM ini dihadiri oleh 130 mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Metode Penelitian Ilmu Hukum.

Workshop ini menghadirkan Dr. Destri Budi Nugraheni, S.H., M.S.I. dan Anggita Mustika Dewi, S.H., M.Kn. selaku narasumber yang merupakan pengampu mata kuliah Metode Penelitian Ilmu Hukum. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan publikasi mahasiswa serta menyukseskan program penelitian dan publikasi mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan oleh Unit Riset dan Publikasi Fakultas Hukum UGM. Pada kegiatan ini, narasumber menjelaskan mengenai cara menemukan topik penelitian, cara menentukan permasalahan penelitian, hambatan dalam melakukan penelitian hukum, serta tips and tricks menulis opini media massa, artikel pada prosiding ber-ISSN, dan proposal penelitian untuk Hibah Penelitian Mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini ditanggapi dengan antusias oleh para mahasiswa yang banyak mengajukan pertanyaan selama sesi workshop berlangsung.

The review session concluded with a shared aspiration that the Sumberagung Village Regulation on Public Information Disclosure will soon be formally enacted and consistently implemented. By doing so, Sumberagung Village, Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul Regency, is expected to serve as a model of transparent, participatory, and inclusive governance practices within the Special Region of Yogyakarta. workshop ini merupakan bentuk komitmen Pengelola dan mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Kenotariatan Fakultas Hukum UGM dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang merupakan poin 4 dalam  Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) melalui menyebarluasan gagasan melalui opini media massa, artikel pada prosiding ber-ISSN, atau proposal penelitian untuk Hibah Penelitian Mahasiswa.

The delegation from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM), has once again achieved a remarkable accomplishment at the national level by securing 1st place in the English Debate category at Euphoria Edu 4.0, organized by the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Surakarta (Poltekkes Kemenkes Surakarta). The competition was conducted online via Zoom Meeting and reached its final round on Sunday (19 April 2026), with the winners announced on Friday (24 April 2026).

Strengthening Substantive Justice: KMHLi UGM Discussion on Justifications and Excuses in the National Criminal Code

The Litigation Law Master’s Family (KMHLi) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, held a public discussion on the conceptualization of justifications (alasan pembenar) and excuses (alasan pemaaf) in the National Criminal Code, titled “Justifications and Excuses: Whose Reasons?” on Thursday (30/4) at the Auditorium of Building B, Faculty of Law UGM. The event brought together academics and legal practitioners to examine Articles 31 to 44 of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the National Criminal Code before approximately 100 participants.

UGM Faculty of Law Delegation Wins 2nd Place Nationally at the Sam Ratulangi Legal Writing Competition 2026

The Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM), has once again achieved a notable accomplishment through its delegation—Salsabila Zita Amalia (2023), Cut Kayla Layyina (2023), and Fayyaza Naira Hafidz (2023)—who secured 2nd place at the Sam Ratulangi Law Writing Competition 2026, organized by the Legal Writing Center, Faculty of Law, Sam Ratulangi University. This national-level Legal Opinion competition carried the main theme “Legal Modernization in Addressing the Challenges of Digital Technology Towards an Inclusive and Adaptive Legal Ecosystem.”
