The Center for Democracy, Constitutionalism, and Human Rights Studies (PANDEKHA) is an institution established with the aim of contributing as an expert pool beyond the classroom setting, particularly in addressing real-world issues faced by the nation.

Born out of the numerous unresolved issues in constitutional and state law that require clear and critical thinking from legal experts, PANDEKHA seeks to contribute to improving the democratic climate in order to protect human rights as enshrined in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. PANDEKHA operates specifically as a platform for making concrete contributions to discussions of democracy, constitutionalism, and human rights, thereby avoiding misdirected legal development.

Through a Constitutional Law approach and matters related to democracy, constitutionalism, and human rights, PANDEKHA conducts research, disseminates research findings, and builds sustainable collaborations at local, national, and international levels.
