Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is committed to providing public information services in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. In implementing public information services, the Rector issued Decree No. 876/UN.1.P/KPT/HUKOR/2023 on the Second Amendment to Rector’s Decree No. 856/UN.1.P/SK/HUKOR/2017 concerning the Information and Documentation Management Officer of Universitas Gadjah Mada, in line with changes to the organizational structure and governance (SOTK) at Universitas Gadjah Mada.
In the latest decree, the Rector appointed the Vice Rector (ex officio) as the Advisory Team and the University Secretary (ex officio) as the Main Information and Documentation Management Officer. In carrying out their duties, the Main Information and Documentation Management Officer is assisted by the Information and Documentation Management Implementation Team, consisting of the Head of the Bureau of Law and Organization (ex officio), the Head of Library and Archives (ex officio), the Head of the Administrative Office (ex officio) of Faculties and Schools, the Coordinator of Public Relations (ex officio), and the Coordinator of Publications (ex officio).
