Thursday (14/03/2024) Civil Law Department Lecturer, Dr. Taufiq El Rahman, S.H., M.Hum. became the expert witness for the case of cancellation of sale and purchase agreement in South Jakarta District Court. This agenda was aimed to support the law enforcement process that just and to implement the peace among public. This agenda was aligned with the 16th Point of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) namely Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
In this agenda, Dr. Taufiq El Rahman, S.H., M.Hum as the expert in the field of civil law provided an objective and comprehensive argumentation on the legal aspects that relevant with the case. His attendance as the expert witness also reflecting the intellectual responsibilities in supporting the fair and transparent judicial system. Therefore, his participation in the court not only becoming an act to resolve a conflict between the conflicting parties, but also becoming a party in aiming the sustainable development by creating a peaceful and justice people universally.
