The Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University, in collaboration with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and Suara Advokat Indonesia (SAI), is offering prospective advocates the opportunity to take the Advocate Professional Examination (UPA) on December 6, 2025*.
The UPA serves as an opportunity to formally prepare for the legal profession. Through this exam, participants are expected to demonstrate mastery of the law, practical skills, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

The UPA is open only to alumni of the PKPA program organized by PERADI or PERADI’s founding organizations.
Registration Period: October 1, 2025, through November 26, 2025
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Fill out your personal information and upload the required documents on the registration form via the link bit.ly/PendaftaranUPASAI; and
2. Make the payment and upload proof of payment at bit.ly/BuktiBayarUPASAI.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. Prospective participants are required to pay the following three fees:
Registration Fee: Rp 750,000.00
UPA Fee: Rp1,250,000.00
Trainee Attorney Card Printing Fee: Rp 100,000.00
The total fee is Rp2,100,000.00 (two million one hundred thousand rupiah)
2. Payment of the Registration Fee in the amount of Rp750,000.00 (seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah) is made via the billing code mechanism;
3. After filling out the Google Form, participants will receive a billing code via email within 1–2 days. If, within 2 (two) days after filling out the Google Form, the participant has not received an email containing the billing code, the participant is requested to contact the organizing committee via the contact person listed on the poster;
4. Payment of the UPA fee and the Intern Attorney Card printing fee totaling Rp1,350,000.00 (one million three hundred fifty thousand rupiah) must be made via bank cash deposit or transfer to account number:
0378-01-001328-307 in the name of DPN PERADI at Bank BRI Jakarta Rasuna Said Branch.
5. Once prospective participants have made payment in full for the total fees, they are required to upload proof of payment via the registration link bit.ly/BuktiBayarUPASAI
6. Instructions for making payments via UGM’s virtual account billing can be accessed via the link bit.ly/CaraPembayaranUPA ;
7. Payment period: October 1, 2025, through November 27, 2025.
IMPLEMENTATION OF UPA
Date: December 6, 2025
- Ujian dilaksanakan secara luring (offline) di Fakultas Hukum UGM
- Peserta menyerahkan berkas:
- Cetak formulir UPA (2 lembar);
- Fotokopi ijazah S1 atau Surat Keterangan Lulus* yang berlatar belakang pendidikan hukum yang telah dilegalisir basah oleh Perguruan Tinggi asal dan terdaftar di Dikti (2 lembar);
- Fotokopi berwarna Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku (2 lembar);
- Pas foto berlatar belakang warna merah, dengan ukuran:
- 3×4 cm (3 lembar); dan
- 4×6 cm (2 lembar)
- Bukti pembayaran/transfer biaya UPA (dicetak jika menggunakan aplikasi, atau bukti transfer kertas) (2 lembar).
- Fotokopi Sertifikat PKPA yang dilegalisir basah dari: IKADIN, AAI, IPHI, HAPI, SPI, AKHI, HKPM, APSI, atau PERADI (2 lembar);
*A Certificate of Graduation is required and must have been issued before the participant enrolls in the PKPA.
