Marking his retirement, Prof. Dr. Nindyo Pramono, S.H., M.S. launched a book entitled “Hukum Perseroan Terbatas” (Limited Liability Company Law). The book launch took place on Saturday (3/8/2024) in Faculty of Law UGM’s Auditorium. This event was also attended by UGM Rector Prof. Ova Emilia, Chairman of the UGM Alumni Association (PP KAGAMA) Ganjar Pranowo, as well as colleagues and alumni from the Faculty of Law.
In addition to the main book launch, the event also featured the unveiling of a tribute volume titled Sumbangan Pemikiran Hukum Bisnis untuk Pembangunan Indonesia (Contributions of Business Law Thought for Indonesia's Development). This book was written by Prof. Nindyo’s colleagues from the Business Law Department in the Faculty of Law UGM with Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D. was acting as the editor chief.
The event then proceeded with the book review that was moderated by one of the lecturers from the Business Law Department, Irna Nurhayati, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Ph.D. Present as discussants of this book were Prof. Dr. Drs. Prasetio, Ak., CA., S.H., M.Hum., Prof. Dr. Drs. Paripurna P. Sugarda, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., and Prof. Dr. Sulistiowati, S.H., M.Hum.
