Tamantirto, Bantul, Friday, June 16, 2023 -- A Datun Suluh Praja Legal Outreach session addressing the use of village cash land was successfully held at Tamantirto Village, Bantul. Tamantirto marked the final village visited in the first week of the second round of Datun Suluh Praja in 2023. The session, attended by village officials, aimed to provide a deeper understanding of the use of village cash land.
The resource person for this session was Dyah Ayu Widowati, S.H., M.Kn., a lecturer in the Department of Agrarian Law, who explained the policies, regulations, and legal rules governing the use of village cash land.
In this session, Dyah Ayu Widowati highlighted the importance of understanding the applicable procedures and requirements for the use of village cash land. She explained that the use of village cash land must comply with the relevant legal provisions and regulations to prevent disputes and legal problems from arising in the future.
Participants -- comprising village officials -- showed considerable enthusiasm throughout the session, actively asking questions and engaging in discussion about issues relating to the use of village cash land that they frequently encounter in their day-to-day duties.
This Datun Suluh Praja Legal Outreach session is hoped to bring significant benefit toward improving the sustainable management and use of village cash land.
