Master of Notary Study Program Faculty of Law UGM held a Practitioner Class with the theme “Knowing Notary as the Grade II Auction Officers” on Thursday (6/6/2024). This class was conducted offline in Room 3.1.1 Faculty of Law UGM and broadcasted online through Zoom Meeting. The participants for this class are the students that were taking the Auction Rules class on Master of Notary Study Program. The participants for this class in both offline and online reached the number of 111 participants.
This Practitioners Class presented Essy Wulan Agustin, S.H., M.Kn., a notary that currently serves as Grade II Auction Officers. In this class, the speaker brought a discussion on the requirements and the tips and tricks on becoming a Grade II Auction Officers, Notary task as the Auction Officers, what should be noticed in making an auction minutes, and the challenges of Notary as Grade II Auction Officer. Besides the material presentation, the speakers also shared her experience and relevant case study to give more insight to the participants regarding the practice of auction in reality.
This practitioners class is one of the commitment by the Master of Notary Faculty of Law UGM in increasing the quality of education as the 4th goal in Sustainable Development Goals with increasing the quality and capacity of participants in understanding Notary practices as the Grade II Auction Officers.
