FACULTY OF LAW UGM COOPERATION UNIT – The Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM), has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Bureau of Legal Affairs, Communications, and Public Information of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) to improve the quality of legal services within the Ministry of PANRB. The cooperation is formalized through a cooperation agreement.
Perjanjian kerja sama tersebut ditandatangani pada hari Jumat, 10 Mei 2019 lalu dengan dihadiri oleh Kepala Biro Kementerian PANRB, Mudzakir, dan Dekan Fakultas Hukum UGM, Prof. Sigit Riyanto, S.H., LL.M. Turut hadir pada acara tersebut Kepala Bagian Hukum Kementerian PANRB, Dhega Kadir, personel Unit Kerja Sama dari Departemen Hukum Perdata, Dr. Ninik Darmini, S.H., M.Hum., serta Ketua Departemen Hukum Dagang dan Ketua Unit Kerja Sama, Irna Nurhayati, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Ph.D.
Perjanjian kerja sama ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari nota kesepahaman yang sebelumnya telah dibuat antara Fakultas Hukum UGM dengan Kementerian PANRB pada tahun 2018. Ruang lingkup perjanjian kerja sama ini antara lain memberikan konsultasi hukum, menghadirkan saksi ahli dalam persidangan, memberikan analisis kasus, memberikan pendapat hukum (legal opinion), dan pengembangan kapasitas SDM (human resources capacity building).
“This cooperation can produce positive outcomes and can be further developed into other schemes,” said Prof. Sigit during the signing ceremony. The cooperation agreement was also established as part of the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi). Therefore, it is expected that the agreement will be implemented effectively so that the objectives established by both parties can be achieved. (Cooperation Unit)
