On Wednesday (19/11/2025), the Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), through the Natural Resources Governance Studies (NRGS), in collaboration with PT Pertamina (Persero), successfully held the closing ceremony of the legal education and training program entitled “Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program 2025: Legal Clarity in Business and Energy Industry Training.” The event took place at the Samisara Ballroom, Sopodel, South Jakarta. This program represents a collaborative initiative between the Faculty of Law UGM and PT PGN Tbk in providing legal education and training, particularly in the fields of business and corporate law, for Pertamina Group Officers across the holding company, sub-holdings, and subsidiaries, to support the Group’s business activities.
The closing ceremony marked the formal conclusion of the Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program 2025 and included the presentation of awards to outstanding participants as well as the distribution of training certificates. These certificates may subsequently be used as one of the requirements to participate in the postgraduate course conversion program for the Master of Law at the UGM Master of Law Campus in Jakarta.
The event began with participant registration and a joint luncheon at 12:00 PM (WIB), followed by the official opening at 1:00 PM (WIB). The program implementation report and the official closing of the program were delivered by Ms. Rosalia Ambar Yuniarti, Vice President of Learning Management, PT Pertamina (Persero). She conveyed that the Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program 2025 was successfully conducted over 26 days, held every Saturday and Sunday from 17 May 2025 to 2 November 2025, comprising a total of 104 lecture sessions. A total of 62 participants took part in the program, divided into two classes: Class A with 31 participants and Class B with 31 participants. The program also involved a diverse group of instructors, consisting of 21 academic lecturers and 21 legal practitioners, aimed at enriching participants’ legal understanding from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
Further remarks were delivered on behalf of the Faculty of Law UGM by Prof. Dr. Mailinda Eka Yuniza, S.H., LL.M., Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources of the Faculty of Law UGM. She stated that this second batch of the program—following its first implementation in 2024—is expected to provide significant benefits in enhancing participants’ legal insight and knowledge, which can be directly applied in the company’s day-to-day business activities. Of the total 62 participants, all were declared to have successfully completed the Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program 2025. Additionally, three best participants from each class (Class A and Class B) were selected based on indicators including attendance, participation, post-test scores, and the completion of both pre-test and post-test conducted on site. Post-Test, dan pengerjaan Pre-Test maupun Post-Test secara on site di kelas.
