The strategic collaboration between the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (UGM), through the Center for Natural Resource Governance Studies (NRGS), and PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Corporate University continues with the Pertamina 2025 Mini Master of Law Program. Entering its eleventh week, the series of lectures took place on Saturday and Sunday, October 4–5, 2025, at the UGM Master of Law Campus, Jakarta.
In line with its objective of improving the sharpness of corporate legal analysis and regulation-based decision making, the 11th week session focused on a comprehensive approach to global business law issues. In this agenda, participants explored key topics including Comparative Competition Law, Transnational Business Law, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Bankruptcy Law and Debt Payment Deferral as one of the strategic pillars of risk mitigation in modern corporations.
To ensure academic depth and relevance to industry practice, the lectures were delivered by a panel of experts from the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University: Dr. Veri Antoni, S.H., M.Hum., Alfatika Aunuriella Dini, S.H., M.Kn., Ph.D., Dr. Didik Sasono Setyadi, S.H., M.H., and Prof. Dr. Tata Wijayanta, S.H., M.Hum. Intensive discussions took place on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closing the Sunday learning series, participants took Post-Test 5 at 4:00–5:00 p.m. This evaluation was designed to measure participants' increased understanding and ability to apply international business law perspectives in decision-making and competitive corporate strategy development.
The implementation of this 11th week reaffirms the joint commitment of the Faculty of Law UGM and PT Pertamina (Persero) in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly through increasing human resource capacity (SDG 4: Quality Education), strengthening institutional governance and corporate compliance (SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), and building a collaborative ecosystem between the education and industry sectors (SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals). With this approach, the Pertamina Mini Master of Law Program continues to contribute to the formation of adaptive, integrity-driven, and globally-ready national corporate legal professionals.
