Doctoral Study Program Faculty of Law held an Evaluation on Curriculum Implementation on Wednesday (5/06/2024) in Room B. 5.4 Faculty of Law UGM. This evaluation was attended by 19 participants, including the Head of Study Program, Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D, Secretary of Study Program, Dr. Khotibul Umam, S.H., LL.M, speakers as representatives of course lecturers, namely Prof. Dr. Nurhasan Ismail, S.H., M.Si., Prof. Dr. Agustinus Supriyanto, S.H., M.Si, Prof. Dr. Marsudi Triatmodjo, S.H., LL.M, Head of the Quality Assurance and Academic Innovation Unit, Dr. Mahaarum Kusuma Pertiwi, S.H., M.A., M.Phil. and Virga Dwi Efendi S.H., LL.M. This evaluation was also attended by users, namely the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya, Dr. Hwian Christianto, S.H., M.H. online, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University, Prof. Dr. I Gusti Ayu Ketut Rachmi Handayani, S.H., M.M online, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Airlangga University represented by Dr. Sulistiyowati, S.H., M.H. online, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Padjajaran University represented by A. Gusman Siswandi, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D online, the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Yogyakarta State University represented by Rona, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta represented by Wardah Yuspin, S.H., M.Kn., Ph.D online, the Dean of the Hindu State University of I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Denpasar, Sugita Made online, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Atmajaya University represented by Dr. E. Imma Indra Dewi W., SH., M.Hum.
This evaluation was conducted to earn critical notes and feedback from the graduate users. According to the Rectoral Rules, CPL should be conducted once every 5 years and the evaluation should be conducted once every year. This makes the evaluation becoming crucial as the foundation in facing internal output and international certification that currently is applied, and may fulfill the SK conversion supplement.
This evaluation was opened with a brief explanation on the Vision and the Graduate Profiles. The evaluation then proceed with the discussion on the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL), Graduate Competency Matrix, CPL mandate to courses and brief explanation of learning in the courses of Law and Globalization, Philosophy of Legal Science, and Legal Research Methodology and Dissertation Writing. The activity ended with the delivery of feedback and input from users.
