Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya conducted a visitation to Agrarian Law Department Faculty of Law UGM on Friday (7/06/2024). This visitation is aimed for a transfer knowledge, especially with the curriculum and available courses, between the Agrarian Law Department Faculty of Law UGM with Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya.
This benchmarking was attended by Prof. Dr. Imam Koeswahyono, S.H., M.Hum., Dr. M. Hamidi Masykur, S.H., M.Kn., Dr. Herlindah, S.H., M.Kn. Dan Setiawan Wicaksono, S.H., M.Kn. and other 17 law students from Faculty of Law UB. This visitation was welcomed by the Head of the Agrarian Law Department at the Faculty of Law UGM, Dr.jur. Any Andjarwati, S.H., M.jur., was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Nurhasan Ismail, S.H., M.Si., and Rafael Edy Bosko, S.H., M.IL. In addition to the three lecturers from the Agrarian Law Department, 10 undergraduate students specializing in Agrarian Law were also in attendance.
This visitation is an academic visitation that initiated by Center Of Agrarian Law Study (COALS) Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya. COALS is a learning community that consists of lecturers and students from Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya.
The welcoming session was conducted in Room 3.1.3 Faculty of Law UGM. The event was started by the explanation of the purposes for the visit, along with the introduction from Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya that delivered by Prof. Dr. Imam Koeswahyono, S.H., M.Hum. and proceeded with the opening remarks from Vice Dean for Research, Community Service and Information System Faculty of Law UGM, Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A. On his speech, he expected that this visitation will strengthen the bond for the potential partnership.
The event proceeded with the discussion between lecturers regarding the curriculum and the courses in Agrarian Law at the Department of Agrarian Law Meeting Room. This discussion then resulted in a plan for further discussion or material enrichment which will be held online on Thursday (4/7/2024). The enrichment will be held by the Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment of the UB Faculty of Law. Dr. jur. Any Andjarwati, S.H., M.Jur. and Rafael Edy Bosko, S.H., M.IL. were invited to deliver the courses and syllabus offered in the learning system at the Agrarian Law Department of the UGM Faculty of Law.
At the same time, the discussion about the lecture and the research was also conducted between students from Faculty of Law UGM and Faculty of Law UB in Room 3.1.3. This discussion was continued with a Faculty Tour at Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada campus.
This visitation was closed with placard hand over for both Faculty of Law UGM and Faculty of Law UB that was represented by Dr.jur. Any Andjarwati, S.H., M.Jur. as the Head of Agrarian Law Department from Faculty of Law UGM and Setiawan Wicaksono, S.H., M.Kn. as the Head of Agrarian and Natural Resources Law Compartment from Faculty of Law UB.
