A free breakfast will be available starting at 7:00 a.m. in Building B and Building IV of the Faculty of Law. With a total of 200 breakfast servings prepared each day, this initiative aims to reduce stress for students who are busy preparing for their final exams. The program not only meets students’ nutritional needs but also promotes a healthy lifestyle, which is essential for optimal academic performance.

This initiative by the Faculty of Law is a response to growing concerns about student well-being, particularly regarding nutrition. Many students often skip meals or rely on unhealthy snacks during exam periods due to time constraints and stress. By providing a nutritious breakfast, the UGM Faculty of Law aims to ensure that students are well-nourished and ready to tackle their exams with focus and energy.

In addition to ensuring food security, this initiative also emphasizes the importance of education. Students who are well-nourished are more likely to perform better academically. The School of Law recognizes that education is not just about lectures and textbooks; it also encompasses students’ overall well-being, including their physical health.

The breakfast menu will include a variety of healthy options, ensuring that students have access to balanced meals. This initiative is part of UGM’s broader commitment to promoting health and well-being among its students, in line with the SDGs that advocate for good health and well-being.

Students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and arrive early, as breakfast is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The School of Law hopes that this initiative will not only provide direct support but also foster a sense of community among students during these challenging times.

In conclusion, the special free breakfast initiative at the UGM Faculty of Law is a significant step toward promoting student well-being and academic success. By addressing food security and education, UGM sets a positive example for other institutions to follow.
