Anggun Putri Nurussyifa (Class of 2019), Avira Zahra Khairunisa (Class of 2020), and Dimas Satrya Gerhana Mahardika (Class of 2021) claimed second place at the Lexellence Legal Opinion Competition, organized by the School of Law and International Studies at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. The final round was held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus in Tangerang.
Competing in this national-level legal opinion competition as Delegation L-54, the UGM Faculty of Law team drafted a legal opinion document on the theme "Innovation and Inclusion: Enhancing Indonesia's Sustainable Economy Transformation Pertaining to Foreign Direct Investment for a Sustainable Future." The competition ran in two stages: a document review round and a final round. In the preliminary stage, Delegation L-54 placed first overall their legal opinion ranked the best among 89 teams from across Indonesia. In the final round, they secured second place.
This achievement represents one of the accomplishments of the Faculty of Law at UGM in advancing quality education, as point 4 of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This achievement reflects the UGM Faculty of Law's ongoing commitment to serves as a source of pride and motivation for the entire academic community, especially law students to keep striving and bringing honor to UGM.
