BLC Delegation Wins Second Place at the First Trisakti Business Law Fair

The delegation from the Business Law Community (BLC) of the UGM Faculty of Law achieved notable success at the First Trisakti Business Law Fair on Saturday (July 15). In this competition, the BLC delegation won Second Place, Best Contract, and an Honorable Mention for Best Paper.

The competition, organized by the Trisakti Business Law Community at Trisakti University’s Faculty of Law, consisted of two categories: the Contract Drafting and Negotiation Competition (CDNC) and the Legal Opinion Competition (LOC), under the overarching theme “Optimizing International Trade as a Synergy for National Economic Recovery.” Participants in the first Trisakti Business Law Fair included a total of 41 delegations from 16 universities across Indonesia.

The CDNC, in which the delegation participated, had the theme “Developing Exports of Indonesian Marine Commodities in the Era of the Global Market.” This competition consisted of two rounds: an in-person preliminary round and a final round held at Trisakti University. The Preliminary Round involved the screening of contract documents and lasted for one month. The Final Round consisted of a mock negotiation followed by a question-and-answer session with the panel of judges.

The BLC delegation consisted of Destriananda Safa Aina, Ajeng Nadya Berlianty, Desyla Putri Aldevando, Putri Pertiwi, Kintan Nofa Wiharyanto, and Insania Akhwat Mulia.
