Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) has officially appointed Dr. Mailinda Eka Yuniza, S.H., LL.M. as Professor in the Field of State Administrative Law, effective 1 December 2024. The appointment is a landmark moment for the UGM Faculty of Law and a tangible contribution to the university's commitment to the sustainable development agenda. With specialized expertise in energy law, Prof. Mailinda will strengthen the role of academics in supporting the transition to a cleaner and more equitable energy system.
In her capacity as Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources, she has demonstrated a consistent dedication to developing innovative and globally responsive governance of legal education. Prof. Mailinda's focus on energy law is not only highly relevant to the challenges of climate change it also aligns closely with UGM's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
