THE 5th ASIAN MEDIATION ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE 2018
Alternative dispute resolution is becoming increasingly recognized. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, is committed to developing its curriculum and teaching staff to produce graduates equipped with alternative dispute resolution skills. This year, the Pusat Mediasi Nasional (PMN) hosted the 5th Asian Mediation Association Conference 2018 in Jakarta, with the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, serving as one of the conference partners. The theme of this year’s conference was “Can Mediation Survive in a World of Triumpian Negotiators? Thought Provoking – New Thinking.” The conference was held on 24–25 October 2018 at Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta.
