1. Compulsory Course Curriculum

2. Study Period
Comply with the regulation based on Pasal 54 Ayat 2 PRPP 2016, study period of doctoral students is 6 semester shortest, and 10 semester longest, counted from named student registration dates until judiciary.
If doctoral students failed to comply with study period stated above, student individual have to submit a Student Resignation Letter within 3 month since past the study period, and the student will be given the student transcript as far as the study. If the student fail to make this statement, the student will be dropped out without the study transcript.
3. Study Method
Comply with the regulation based on Pasal 59 Ayat 1 PRPP 2016, study process of Doctoral Program in Law, Faculty of Law UGM was held with stated methods:
- Class Study
- Dissertation Proposal
- Dissertation Research
- Research Outcome Presentation
- Scientific Article Writing for Publication
- Dissertation Document
4. Study Plan Registration
Study Plan Card filling can be done each semester individually by the students through https://simaster.ugm.ac.id following the instructions and guidance from the Promotor Team according to the schedule that has been set in the UGM Academic Calendar.
5. Evaluation
Comply with the regulation based on Pasal 67 PRPP 2016, study evaluation in doctoral program was held in 2 steps:
- Early Stage Evaluation
- Final Evaluation
Early Stage Evaluation will be held
with stated provision:
- student until the end of 3rd semester has not completed Comprehensive Exam will be given one (1) additional semester to complete the exam.
- If fail to complete within this 1 additional semester, the failed student are forbidden to continue the study and will be stated as Resigned or Dropped Out
- There will be Official Notice given for First, Second, and Third time before the student will be asked to resign or stated as dropped out.
Final Evaluation of Doctoral in Law Program will be held with stated provisions:
- Student that until the end of 6th semester was unable to finish all the study program course with GPA 3.25 at minimum will be given the First Official Warning Notice
- Student that until the end of 7th semester was unable to finish all the study program course with GPA 3.25 at minimum will be given the Second Official Warning Notice
- Student that until the end of 8th semester was unable to finish all the study program course with GPA 3.25 at minimum will be given the Third Official Warning Notice
- If fail to complete after this 3rd notice, the failed student are forbidden to continue the study and will be stated as Resigned or Dropped Out
