Faculty of Law UGM Holds Graduation Send-Off Ceremony for Postgraduate Graduates of Period II Academic Year 2025/2026

The Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM) held a graduation send-off ceremony for postgraduate graduates of Period II of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The event served as a moment of appreciation for the academic achievements of graduates who had successfully completed their studies and were preparing to enter the professional world.

The ceremony was led by Prof. Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems. In his remarks, Prof. Heribertus expressed his appreciation to all graduates for their dedication and academic accomplishments. He also encouraged them to continue contributing to society and making meaningful impacts through their knowledge and expertise.

During the ceremony, I Made Wiswa Mitra Tresna Utama from the Master of Laws Program (Jakarta Campus) and Ivan Gunarto from the Master of Notarial Law Program achieved the highest Grade Point Average (GPA), both earning a GPA of 3.96. In addition to these two graduates, 26 other graduates received honors for their outstanding academic performance.

I Made Wiswa was also invited to deliver remarks on behalf of the graduating class. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to the faculty members, educational staff, and family members who had supported him throughout his academic journey. He also encouraged fellow graduates to continue bringing pride to their alma mater through their future achievements and contributions.

The graduation send-off ceremony not only served as recognition of academic excellence but also symbolized the graduates’ readiness to face challenges in their respective professional fields. The event was held in a warm atmosphere filled with pride and celebration among members of the Faculty’s academic community.
