The Notary Alumni Community of Gadjah Mada University (KANOGAMA) held a meeting on Friday (November 8, 2024) with the Management of the Master of Notary Program and the Notary Student Family (KMN) of the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss preparations for the 10th anniversary of KANOGAMA (1 Decade), which will be held in February 2025. The planned series of activities includes a discussion, a fun run, and community service activities in collaboration with the academic community.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of KANOGAMA, M. Ikhwanul Muslimin, S.H., along with KANOGAMA members, including Sugiyarto, Chair of the 1 Decade KANOGAMA Event, and Dr. Destri Budi Nugraheni, S.H., M.S.I., Head of the Master of Notary Program at the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (UGM). The event was also attended by Rifandika Naufal, Chair of the KMN Faculty of Law for the 2024/2025 period, along with other board members. During the meeting, KANOGAMA expressed its desire to involve the KMN Faculty of Law in contributing to the success of the 1 Decade KANOGAMA event, encouraging collaboration with the university as a form of service to the UGM alma mater. The KANOGAMA Chair also expressed their strong hope that KANOGAMA would become a truly beneficial platform, especially for UGM notary alumni.
The technical implementation of the 1 Decade event and the estimated number of staff needed were also discussed at the meeting. Going forward, KANOGAMA hopes that this regular activity can grow to become even larger and provide even more benefits to the alma mater. This activity is a manifestation of the commitment and synergy of the Management and students of the Master of Notary Study Program, Faculty of Law, UGM with KANOGAMA in implementing the 17th point of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely implementing partnerships to achieve goals.
