Legal Outreach from the Master of Notarial Law Program, FH UGM
As part of implementing the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (the "three pillars of higher education"), particularly Community Service, the Master of Notarial Law program held a legal outreach session in Kalitirto Village, Berbah District, Sleman, on Saturday, January 22, 2022. The session covered themes including the inheritance transfer process (including who qualifies as a rightful heir), gifts (hibah) and the transfer of gifted property, and the process of buying and selling land. These topics were presented by speakers from among FH UGM's lecturers and legal practitioners, specifically land deed officials (PPAT).
