In her research for this issue, Arimbi Fajari used the concept of Burden and Responsibility Sharing that emphasizes on the global, regional, sub regional, and even unlimited bilateral partnership between countries. According to the research, it was found that there is an urgency to involve all of the stakeholders such as NGO, international organizations, central and regional government, the stateless person themselves, until the surrounding communities, just what the European Unions have done with their legal instrument for each member countries to harmonize their local regulations regarding the protection of the stateless person. The research also followed with the budget that should be provided on a regional level with the partnership with the international organizations and other institutions.

Arimbi Fajari’s research is one of the realization of the vision and the mission of LGS to contribute to the development of science and law that aimed to protect, respect, and fulfill the human rights protection, especially to the women and other vulnerable communities. Aside from that, this research also contributes to the implementation of SDGs especially with the 17th goal: Partnership for the Goals; 10th goal; Reduced Inequalities; and 16th goal: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institution.
