To celebrate its 79th anniversary in February 2025, the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (FH UGM) is conducting health screenings for the academic community. This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the UGM Academic Hospital as part of efforts to maintain the health of the academic community.
The health screenings include measurements of blood pressure, blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and uric acid. The purpose of this activity is to raise awareness of the importance of health and to provide participants with the opportunity to learn about their health status firsthand. Through these screenings, it is hoped that participants will better understand their health status and take preventive measures to maintain their physical well-being.
The primary goal of these health screenings is to create a healthier and more productive work environment at FH UGM. It is hoped that this activity will help the academic community adopt a healthy lifestyle, thereby positively impacting their quality of life.
Through this initiative, the Faculty of Law at UGM contributes to supporting the achievement of SDG 3, which focuses on health and well-being. With these routine health screenings, it is hoped that the entire academic community can carry out their academic and professional activities in better and more optimal physical condition.
