As part of its 79th anniversary celebrations, the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (FH UGM) held the “Justicia Kids’ Got Talent” competition on Saturday (February 8, 2025). The event, themed “Be a Star in Everything You Do,” took place in the Auditorium of Building B at the FH UGM and was attended by children in two age categories.
The first category was for participants aged 4 to 7 years and 11 months, while the second category was for children aged 8 to 12 years. The participants showcased a variety of captivating talents, such as singing, dancing, ventriloquism, and various other creative performances. This event was organized in collaboration with the UGM Faculty of Law’s Kids Corner as a form of empowerment and promotion for the UGM Faculty of Law academic community and the broader public.
After a rigorous judging process, here are the winners of the Justicia Kids’ Got Talent competition:
Category 1:
- 1st Place: Eunike Lorentza Tiffa Rashelly
- 2nd Place: Nafisa Arita Alindya
- 3rd Place: Nichelle Vanta Graciella
- Best Performance: Ciyahirra Kotamara Adrianto
Category 2:
- 1st Place: L. A. Maizan Star
- 2nd Place: Radityanza Lutfiano Ekasusilo
- 3rd Place: Maria Adeodata Amagy Akhuwanita
- Best Performance: Aurelio Azka, Khayra Assafiya, and Mikhayla Morina Yuko
This competition not only served as a platform for children to showcase their talents but also provided them with an opportunity to express their creativity and boost their self-confidence. Through this event, the Faculty of Law at UGM hopes to continue supporting the development of children’s potential and to strengthen ties between the academic community and the public through educational and inspiring activities.
Furthermore, this event aligns with the objectives of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 and 4. SDG 3 focuses on health and well-being, and this event provides a space for children to develop themselves in a healthy and supportive environment. Meanwhile, SDG 4, which emphasizes quality education, is also reflected in this competition, as it provides children with the opportunity to learn, create, and hone their skills in a positive and inspiring atmosphere. Thus, Justicia Kids’ Got Talent is part of the Faculty of Law at UGM’s efforts to support sustainable development through education and children’s well-being.
