Reaching Out to Future Notaries, UGM Law School’s Master’s Program in Notarial Studies Appears on TVRI Yogyakarta’s “Angkringan” Program

The Master’s Program in Notarial Studies, together with the Master’s Program in Business and Constitutional Law and the Master’s Program in Legal Studies at the Jakarta Campus of the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, appeared as guest speakers on Friday, May 16, 2025, on a television program titled Angkringan, broadcast by TVRI Yogyakarta. The program was presented in a format combining drama and talkshow elements, taking place in a studio with a setting resembling an angkringan food stall.

Through a story titled “Certificate,” the three speakers were invited to introduce their profiles and various aspects of their respective programs, including information on the opening of registration and the admission process for new students in each program. These speakers were Dr. Destri Budi Nugraheni, S.H., M.S.I. (representative and Head of the Master’s Program in Notarial Law at the Faculty of Law, UGM), Irna Nurhayati, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Ph.D. (representative and Head of the Master’s Program in Business and Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, UGM), and Dr. Ninik Darmini, S.H., M.Hum. (representative of the Master’s Program in Legal Studies at the Jakarta Campus of the Faculty of Law, UGM). Not only that, Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A., as the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems at the Faculty of Law, UGM, also took the stage as a speaker to supplement the information that had been presented. Several students from the Master’s Program in Notarial Law at the Faculty of Law, UGM, were also present as audience members to enliven the event.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the administrators of the Master’s Program in Notarial Law at the Faculty of Law, UGM, to implementing Goals 4 and 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely improving the quality of education and partnerships to achieve these goals through synergy with television media to increase the dissemination of information regarding the UGM Faculty of Law’s Master’s Program in Notary Law to the general public, with the hope of fostering a new generation of legal professionals with integrity.
