The Faculty of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada held the Justicia Fun Run 2026 as part of its 80th Dies Natalis celebration series on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Hundreds of participants took part in the 5-kilometer run with great enthusiasm and energy.
The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Information Systems, Prof. Dr. Heribertus Jaka Triyana, S.H., LL.M., M.A. Following a shared countdown, participants set off along a designated route around the Universitas Gadjah Mada campus grounds. The entire course was filled with a spirit of energy and togetherness.

In addition to the run itself, the organizing committee provided a free health screening service in collaboration with the Universitas Gadjah Mada Academic Hospital. Held at the Auditorium of Building B, the screening offered blood pressure checks, cholesterol tests, uric acid measurements, and random blood glucose tests — with a limited quota of 100 participants.

The festive atmosphere of the event was further enlivened by a range of entertainment activities, including a Zumba session and performances by a local band. The organizing committee also provided an array of attractive door prizes for lucky participants.
On the same occasion, prizes were presented to the winners of the various competitions held as part of the broader 80th Dies Natalis celebration series. This event, organized by the UGM Faculty of Law, also represents a tangible commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — in particular SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), through the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the provision of health screening services for the community. The broad participation from across the academic community and the wider public also reflects a spirit of collaboration and togetherness that is in keeping with SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
