Sri Wiyanti Eddyono, S.H., LL.M.(HR), Ph.D.a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM), presented as a speaker at the Talk Show on Strengthening a Respectful Workplace organized by PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia t the Millennium Centennial Center, South Jakarta. Sri Wiyanti's presence emphasized FH UGM's role in contributing to strengthening the values of social justice and inclusivity in the workplace. The event was designed to instill a commitment to a workplace free from discrimination, violence, and harassment, so that all workers can experience a safe, comfortable, and productive working environment.
As an academic specializing in criminal law, Sri Wiyanti highlighted the importance of implementing legal principles that support worker protection in the modern corporate context. She emphasized that a healthy work culture is not only about productivity but also respect for human dignity in the workplace.
