Beyond academic achievement, the Faculty of Law of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) also focuses on the mental health and well-being of its students, lecturers, administrative staff, and staff. Through the Health Promoting University (HPU) program, the Faculty of Law provides psychological support services: (1) counseling with a clinical psychologist; and (2) peer counseling with Justicia, a peer counselor.
These counseling services with psychologists are accessible to the academic community, including students, lecturers, administrative staff, and staff. Each person is entitled to four counseling sessions per semester, free of charge.
The Faculty of Law of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) believes that caring for and improving the mental health of its academic community can increase productivity. This also aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 3, namely "Ensuring Healthy Lives and Improving the Well-Being of All Ages."

In addition to psychological support services, the Faculty of Law UGM also provides an Instagram account @hpu_fhugm as an educational tool to raise awareness of mental health conditions.
