Master of Notary Program Faculty of Law UGM has finished the Tracer Study activity. As the form of responsibility implementation, hence, the socialization of the result of Alumni and Alumni User Tracer Study was held in Tuesday (2/04/2024) through the @notariat.law.ugm instagram with this following link: http://ugm.id/tracerstudy2023The respondent for this event are the alumni (TS-2 (October 2021 - July 2022), TS-3 (October 2020 - July 2021 graduates), and TS-4 (October 2019 - July 2020 graduates) and the alumni user. Tracer Study data then collected and proceeded by the Tracer Study Team from Master of Notary Program Faculty of Law UGM with the prepared method, material, and system by the Alumni Department.
The recapitulation of the results of the Graduate Tracer Study shows that from a total of 404 graduates in TS-2, TS-3, and TS-4, the number of traced graduates was 223 (55%) and the number of untraceable graduates was 181 (45%). Based on the data collected, from the 223 graduates, information was obtained that 203 graduates had high job suitability (91%) while only 20 graduates had medium and low job suitability (9%).
Furthermore, the results of the Graduate User Tracer Study were collected from 57 graduate user respondents who provided an assessment of the level of satisfaction based on 7 (seven) types of abilities. First, Expertise in the Field of Science (Main Competence) with the results of the graduate user satisfaction level being 53% very good, 45% good, 2% sufficient, and 0% lacking. Second, Ethics with the results of the graduate user satisfaction level being 76% very good, 24% good, 0% sufficient, and 0% lacking. Third, Foreign Language Ability dengan hasil tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan adalah 19% sangat baik, 61% baik, 19% cukup, dan 1% kurang. Fourth, Use of Information Technology with the results of the graduate user satisfaction level being 69% very good, 30% good, 1% sufficient, and 0% lacking. Fifth, Communication Ability with the results of the graduate user satisfaction level being 59% very good, 38% good, 3% sufficient, and 0% lacking. Sixth, Cooperation with the results of the level of user satisfaction of graduates is 59% very good, 35% good, 6% sufficient, and 0% less. Seventh, Self-Development with the results of the level of user satisfaction of graduates is 59% very good, 45% good, 4% sufficient, and 0% less.
The recapitulation result for the Alumni and Alumni User Tracer Study proceeded to be the evaluation for the learning development and review for the Master of Notary curriculum to form an excel graduate in accordance with the standard in the workfields.The publication for the recapitulation publication is also a form of implementation of the 4th point of Sustainable Development Goals in a quality education.
