2. Learning Process

The plan for the learning process is embodied in the Semester Learning Plan (RPKPM)

The Form of Learning in The Master of Notary Study Program Includes:

  1. Lecture
  2. Review Session or Quiz
  3. Seminar;
  4. Laboratorium (tutorial)
  5. Research
  6. Internship
  7. Service to the Community

3. Re-registration

Students who will continue their studies must re-enrol by paying off tuition fees (Single Tution). Students who have not paid the tuition will not allowed to participate in academic activities in the next semester. More requirements regarding terms and procedures can be accessed on the page Directorate of Education and Teaching of UGM  on the re-registration information.

4. Academic Leave

Students who apply for academic leave must pay attention to the conditions as specified in the Re-registration Announcement on the website Directorate of Education and Teaching of UGM

The application for academic leave is to be submitted through Simaster UGM and will be verified by the Study Program and the Faculty.

5. Payment Delay

The delay on the payment of tuition fees (UKT) as informed through the website  Directorate of Education and Teaching of UGM can be done by applying through Simaster UGM, and waiting for the verification process. The results of the verification for payment delay can be declared approved or rejected.

6. A Study Plan

The Study Plan is prepared for 4 semesters including a thesis. Before attending the course in the current semester, students are required to fill out a Study Plan Card (KRS) through the Academic Information System (SIA) Simaster UGM.

KRS contains a number of courses, either one that have been taken or new ones, and/or a thesis that will be taken in the current semester. After students fill out KRS, they will have to wait for the approval of Academic Counselor.

During the process of Study Plan Card filling process or during the study process, if the students experience any difficulties that become a barrier on the learning process, can immediately consult to the Academic Staff, Study Program Secretary, or Head of the Study Program.

7. Weight and Study Period

The study's weight for students of the Master of Notary Study Program is expressed through the amount of credit. Students must carry out learning activities in accordance with the curriculum.
The learning activity is divided into 2 activities; learning activity and research along with thesis writing.

One academic year consists of 2 (two) semesters and the Master of Notary Study Program also holds lectures between semesters (intermediate semester).

The study period of the Master of Notary Study Program is at the earliest more than 3 (three) semesters and a maximum of 6 (six) semesters. The length of study is calculated from being enrolled as a student until Yudisium.
