Yudisium and Graduation

1. The Procedure for Yudisium Registration

Yudisium in the Master of Notary Study Program of Faculty of Law UGM is held every month. The Faculty issues a certificate that specifies the names of students who have qualified for the yudisium application of the study program.

Below is the process that need to be followed:

  1. Fill out an online form here, and the yudisium file that must be uploaded (in PDF form) is what is listed in the g-form;
  2. The Academic Section checks and approves the yudisium file;
  3. The student to update their phone number and non UGM email via SIMASTER on the setting, sub menu data account;
  4. The student to meet the prerequisites of the yudisium menu at SIMASTER by completing free-to-borrow data, ETD, Gama co brand and exit survey;
  5. The student to register for yudisium through SIMASTER in the menu Academic sub menu Yudisium as the yudisium period stated in the Faculty's Yudisium Certificate;
  6. After yudisium registration at SIMASTER approved, the student may conduct online data entry;
  7. Online data related to the thesis title, using the format Title Case: The first letter on each main word / major uses capital / capital letters . Minor words such as the article, the foreword, and the verb do not use capital letters unless they are located in the first word of the thesis title;
  8. The name written for the diploma is a full name without a degree and according to the S1 degree by using the title case format: the first letter on each part of the name uses capital / capital letters. If there is a name or date of birth must attach a photocopy of the birth certificate or court decision letter;
  9. For the writing of the thesis title and the name for the diploma please make sure that it is correct and checked before being stored in the SIMASTER system because if there is a mistake in filling in the data then it becomes the responsibility of the student himself;
  10. When uploading Diploma, ID card and photo, it is expected that each file is no more than 1 MB;

2. The Procedure for Graduation Registration

The graduation period of the Postgraduate program at Gadjah Mada University is held in January, April, July and October. Students are required to follow the graduation registration procedure and complete all files as stated in the announcement through the graduation page Directorate of Education and Teaching of UGM  It is necessary to note that the graduation registration procedure is different from the yudisium registration procedure, so that when students have done yudisium registration, the person concerned must register for graduation.

The procedure as stated below:

  1. After students do yudisium data entry at Simaster and have been verified both Faculty and DPP, the students then have to apply for Graduation via Simaster.
  2. Before registering for graduation, please check and approve the data entry of the diploma by clicking on the graduation certificate preview
  3. After the diploma preview is approved, please click on the register for graduation

Graduation documents that need to be print and collect::

  1. A black and white photo size 3×4 amounted to four sheets with the provision of dark base color, doff paper, facing straight ahead, both earlobes should be visible for those who does not wear a veil and not wearing sunglasses. Men will have to wear full civil clothes (suits and ties), and for women to adjust (blazers).
  2. Original Student ID and a Photocophy of Student ID 1 Sheet;
  3. All documents to be collected into plastic map folder red and to be collected to Academic or send by post.
