Donomulyo, June 20, 2023 -- This edition's Datun Suluh Praja Legal Outreach session was held in the Donomulyo Village hall and featured a resource person with relevant expertise in civil law: Muhammad Jibril, S.H., M.PrivateLaw. As a legal expert, he provided deep insight and explanation on legal aspects relating to land matters and general legal principles.
This session formed part of the Donomulyo Village Government's effort to provide village officials and the community with a stronger understanding of legal regulations relating to land. In this session, resource person Muhammad Jibril explained the legal basis for land matters, the rights and obligations associated with land ownership, and the contractual aspects involved in land transactions between parties.
Beyond this, the session also served as an interactive discussion forum between the resource person and participants. Village officials and residents of Donomulyo were able to raise questions about the legal issues relating to land that they encounter in their daily lives. This open and ongoing discussion allowed participants to gain a stronger understanding and to resolve the legal problems they face.
Head of Donomulyo Village, Mr. Sujono, expressed his pleasure at the successful holding of this legal outreach session. He expressed his hope that, through sessions like this, the community and village officials would gain a stronger understanding of land law. This, in turn, is hoped to reduce disputes and strengthen fairness in land ownership within Donomulyo Village.
With the success of this Datun Suluh Praja Legal Outreach session at Donomulyo Village, it is hoped that public legal awareness will continue to increase -- particularly with regard to land matters.
