National Webinar:
“Implications of the Fiduciary Security Execution Business Process in the Financing Institution Industry Following the Constitutional Court Decision”
One of the legal issues concerning the execution of Fiduciary Security that has become a controversy within society is the Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 regarding the judicial review of the provisions of Article 15 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Security. Understanding the substance of the Constitutional Court’s decision may have implications for various aspects.
With the spirit of providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and discussion on this topic, the Faculty of Law UGM, in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), will hold a National Webinar with the following agenda:
