2024 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Visitation for the Master of Notary Program, Faculty of Law, UGM

On Thursday (October 3, 2024), at 9:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), the 2024 Internal Quality Audit (AMI) Visitation for the Master of Notary Program, Faculty of Law, UGM, was conducted. Prior to the visitation, the Management of the Master of Notary Program, Faculty of Law, UGM, completed the online Study Program Performance Report (LKPS) and Study Program Self-Evaluation (EDPS) Excel forms.

AMI Auditors, Dr. Pujiharto, M.Hum., and Prof. Dr. Sajarwa, M.Hum., were tasked with verifying the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documents, which were then cross-checked during the site visit.

Kegiatan visitasi ini diakhiri dengan penyusunan Laporan AMI Program Studi oleh Auditor dengan hasil terdapat beberapa kriteria yang membutuhkan observasi lebih lanjut. Harapannya dengan adanya kegiatan ini, maka proses peningkatan mutu dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan, seperti pepatah patih Gadjah Mada yang tertulis dalam prasasti peresmian Gedung Pusat UGM, yaitu “Ginong Prati Dino”. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi perwujudan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin ke 16, yakni Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions (Perdamaian, Keadilan dan Kelembagaan yang Kuat).

For your information, the 2024 AMI activity is mandated by Article 53 letter a of Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, which stipulates that the Higher Education quality assurance system consists, among other things, of an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) developed by Higher Education Institutions. 

AMI is one of the stages in the SPMI cycle, conducted annually for study programs. The 2024 AMI aims, among other things, to ensure that findings/corrective action plans from the previous year's Audit Cycle have been followed up; to ensure alignment of the direction and implementation of quality assurance with Academic Documents and Faculty/University Quality Documents; and to ensure the quality assurance process aligns with the Academic Documents and Faculty/University Quality Documents. ensuring the smooth implementation of Study Program management; 4. mapping opportunities for improving the quality of Study Programs; and 5. ensuring continuous quality improvement.
