Student that completed the minimum required for Course Credit that arranged by Doctoral Program in Law Curriculum can be stated as a Graduate if:

1. Meet all the requirements belo:

•  GPA Min. 3.25
• There are no D or E grade in transcript
• has completed Open Exam;
• Give the approved dissertation document to Dean

2. Approved to Graduate in Yudisium Meeting that held by Faculty of Law

Students who have passed the open examination are given a certificate and are entitled to the title of Doctor in Law. The yudisium meeting of Doctoral Program Faculty of Law UGM was held to determine graduation in the following manner:

1. students who have passed the Open Examination submit a yudisium proposal to Doctoral Program Faculty of Law UGM, with required documents attached:

• Study Transcript signed by Head of Study Program
• Dissertation Complete Script signed by Mentors, Examiner, and Head of Doctoral Program

2. Head of Doctoral Program Faculty of Law UGM submit the required documents as a proof, and presented in Faculty Yudisium Meeting

3. The Dean of Faculty of Law UGM reports student graduation to the Director of Education and Teaching UGM for the issuance of diplomas for the student.
