Yudisium Information

1. Post-Graduate Yudisium

  1. Students that have finished all the Course Credit according to the Master of Litigation Law curriculum are announced as graduated if:

a. Have fulfilled the requirements below:

        1. Have reached the minimum GPA of 3.00 (Three point zero);
        2. No classes are graded D or E;
        3. Have finished the thesis examination;
        4. Have submit the thesis that has been pass by the Dean;
        5. Has had a scientific publication/script that deserves to be published in a scientific journal at least 1 (one) article originating from the results of the thesis research.

b. Is announced graduate on the yudisium meeting that is held by the Faculty;

The yudisium meeting of the Litigation Law Masters Study Program students was held to determine graduation and predicate based on the cumulative grade point average combined throughout the learning process. The judiciary meeting was specially organized by the Faculty. The judiciary meeting to determine graduation is carried out in the following procedure:

        1. The student that has passed the thesis examination is required to ask for yudisium requests to the Master of Law Study Program with attaching the following documents:
          • Grade Transcript that has been signed by the Head of the Master of Litigation Law Study Program
          • Thesis Script that has been signed by the Supervising Team, Examiner Board, and Head of the Study Program
          • Proof of having scientific publications/manuscripts worthy of being published in scientific journals and other necessary requirements.
        2. The Head of the Litigation Law Study Program evaluates and delivers the document as proof that the student has finished all the student load and the learning outcome according to the curriculum at the special Faculty Yudisium meeting that was held to decide the student’s graduation.
        3. Faculty shall report the students’ graduation to the University in terms of graduation or certificate issuance.

University determines the Graduation Predicate to the Master of Litigation Law Study Program based on the comprehensive result that reflects the academic performance during the learning process. The Graduation Predicate includes:

      1. Cumlaude (with honor); if the student has a GPA of more than 3.75 and has finished the study in less than or equal to 5 (five) semesters.
      2. Very Satisfactory (high pass predicate); if the student concerned has a Grade Point Average (GPA) of more than or equal to 3.51 (three point five one) and less than or equal to 3.75 (three point seven five), or the student concerned has a Grade Point Average (GPA) of more than 3.75 (three point seven five) and completing studies in more than 5 (five) semesters.
      3. Satisfactory (medium graduation predicate); if the student concerned has a Grade Point Average (GPA) of more than or equal to 3.00 (three point zero) and less than 3.51 (three point five one).
