In publishing articles in academic journals, some journals charge publication fees under various terms (Publication Fee, Article Processing Charge, etc). To facilitate lecturers’ publications in academic journals, the Research and Publication Unit (URP) provides financial assistance to cover these publication costs through a reimbursement scheme..

- Proof that the manuscript has been accepted (applicable only to manuscripts that have not yet been published)
- Payment invoice
- Proof of payment.
- Soft-copy of the accepted and revised manuscript, or the published manuscript.
