As a forum for research and writing, FPPH Palapa—specifically its Championship Division—has a mandatory program known as the Scientific Paper Review. On this occasion, FPPH Palapa chose to review papers submitted to the 10th Sciencesational FH UI 2023 Competition. The Scientific Paper Review for the 10th Sciencesational FH UI 2023 was held on Friday (16/02/2024) online, featuring Alfi Afita Kholifah and Ajoenda Zelzadila as speakers. These two speakers led the session on the Presentation of Scientific Papers by explaining the structure of the scientific paper and the substance of each chapter. Additionally, the speakers shared their experiences and the benefits of participating in the 10th Sciencesational FH UI 2023, as well as tips for winning awards in similar competitions.
The Scientific Paper Review session began with a presentation of the scientific paper, which involved explaining the structure of the paper. This was followed by an explanation of the content of each chapter of the scientific paper, and concluded with a sharing session for participants regarding their experiences writing the scientific paper. The manuscripts presented were those that earned the speakers the Third Place and Best Paper awards in the 10th Sciencesational Piala Prof. Erman Rajagukguk 2023.
This event, open to all members of the FPPH Palapa at the UGM Faculty of Law, was held with the aim of providing knowledge about effective scientific paper structure and boosting members’ motivation and enthusiasm to participate in various scientific writing competitions. For this reason, FPPH Palapa—particularly its Competition Division—is always active in creating opportunities and supporting delegates as they participate in writing competitions. This is done to explore the potential of members and win awards.
