Makassar – the Dean of FH UGM, Dahliana Hasan, S.H., M.Tax., Ph.D., and the Dean of Universitas Hasanuddin's Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Hamzah Halim, S.H., M.H., M.A.P., signed a Cooperation Agreement on Wednesday, August 31. The agreement, covering the development of student affairs programs, was signed at the Baruga Prof. Dr. Baharuddin Lopa, S.H. hall at FH UNHAS.
Both public universities agreed to promote learning experiences aimed at raising student quality so they can become skilled future legal professionals. Going forward, both institutions plan to hold sharing session on managing national-level law faculty student competitions.
"This cooperation was indeed initiated by both Faculties of Law to increase student activities and student achievements, specifically the Student Creativity Program. Therefore, we invite the students of FH UNHAS to make good use of this cooperation," said Dahliana Hasan.
The agreement is part of broader support for the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative. Hamzah Halim said the cooperation energizes both institutions to jointly improve graduate quality and implement the MBKM program.
The event was also attended by FH UGM's Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Cooperation, Adrianto Dwi Nugroho, S.H., Adv.LL.M., LL.D.; a representative from FH UGM's Partnership & Development Unit (PDU), Andika Putra, S.H., LL.M.; FH UNHAS's Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Partnerships, Dr. Muh. Hasrul, S.H., M.H., M.A.P.; Head of the Undergraduate Law Program at UNHAS, Dr. Maskun, S.H., LL.M.; along with FH UNHAS's Cooperation Team.
