Faculty of Law UGM held a meeting with the title “Budget Efficiency Hearing in Faculty of Law” as a respond towards the Budget Efficiency Transparency Demand from the students organizations. This event was conducted on Thursday (24/4/2025) from 10.00 – 12.00 WIB in Room 3.1.1 at Building III Floor 1 FH UGM.
This meeting was attended by the Lembaga Otonom (LO) (Autonomous Organization) and Lembaga Semi Otonom (LSO) (Semi-Autonomous Organization) in FH UGM to hear the direct explanation from the Dean regarding the budget efficiency from the faculty.
This event was also attended by Dean of the Faculty of Law UGM, Dahliana Hasan, S.H., M.Tax., Ph.D., and Vice Dean for Academic, Student Affairs and Cooperation, Prof. Adrianto Dwi Nugroho, S.H., Adv.LL.M., LL.D. Meanwhile, Vice Dean for Finance, Assets and Human Resources, Prof. Dr. Mailinda Eka Yuniza, S.H., LL.M., also joined online.
Through this forum, the Dean hoped that the open communication can be established, along with the clarification regarding the impact of the efficiency policy towards the students organization in FH UGM.
This event was also aligned with the 16th goal of SDGs on Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. This forum shows the transparency and accountability in budget management.
Moreover, the participation from the students organizations from various background also reflecting the effort in building an inclusive and representative process. The students that were directly affected was provided a room to participate in the decision making process, although in a form of discussion.
