The Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) successfully held a Social Gathering as part of its 79th Anniversary celebrations at Graha Sabha Permana on Friday, February 21, 2025. The event, attended by the academic community, was a lively affair featuring a variety of entertaining performances.
The Social Gathering featured Malik D’Essentials as the guest star, who energized the atmosphere with his spectacular performance. Additionally, a special performance by the talented young singer Putri Ariani also captivated the audience. The event was hosted by Alit Jabangbayi as the master of ceremonies.
The series of events began with an “Open Gate” session from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. WIB, kicking off with a performance by a student band. Next, the event continued with a performance by Sanggar Apakah and the announcement of the competition winners. The atmosphere grew even more lively with performances by the winners of “Kids Got Talent” and Eunike Lorentza Tiffa Rashelly, as well as a performance by LA Maizan Star.
After a brief intermission, the main program began with the singing of the national anthem, “Indonesia Raya,” and the Gadjah Mada Hymn. This was followed by remarks from the Chair of the Organizing Committee, Dina Widyaputri Kariodimedjo, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., and the Dean of the UGM Faculty of Law, Dahliana Hasan, S.H., M.Tax., Ph.D., who expressed their appreciation and gratitude to all parties who had supported the event. The sponsors were also announced.
During the event, the Law Lecturers’ Band also took the stage with several special songs. Equally exciting, attractive door prizes were distributed to the attendees. Putri Ariani’s performance successfully created an even more emotional atmosphere and added to the event’s festivities.
The highlight of the event was a mesmerizing performance by Malik D’Essentials, who delighted the audience until the event concluded. As a result, the UGM Faculty of Law Fellowship Night became a truly special and memorable event.
