The Community Service Department DEMA Justicia Faculty of Law UGM collected fund from the donation in their program "Justicia Peduli” (Justicia Care). This fund collection is a form of support from Faculty of Law students for the landslide disaster due to heavy rain that poured most of the illegal gold mining area in Tulabolo Village, East Suwawa District, Gorontalo Province. Based on data from Basarnas Gorontalo, 27 people were found dead. While the total number of victims of the landslide disaster in East Tulabolo Village reached 325 people.
Justicia Peduli opened their donation from Tuesday (16/7/2024) until Saturday (20/7/2024). Within this period, they have collected Rp 450.000,- that will be donated through kitabisa.com platform to help the victims that are affected by the disaster.Through this donation, it is hoped that it can provide a real contribution and show the concern and solidarity of UGM Faculty of Law students in helping to ease the burden of our brothers and sisters who are victims of the landslide that occurred in Gorontalo.
