Syahrico Radya Fachrezi (2020) berhasil mengarumkan nama Fakultas Hukum UGM melalui kompetisi 4th UNNES Law Festival (ULF) pada 3 Oktober 2023. Delegasi tesebut berhasil meraih Juara II dalam cabang lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (LKTI HTN-HAN). UNNES Law Festival sendiri merupakan kompetisi yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang.
Pada tahun ini, kompetisi 4th ULF 2023 membagi sub-tema LKTI ke dalam 3 bidang hukum. Pertama, hukum pidana dengan sub-tema “Kajian Yuridis Penegakan Hukum Tindak Pidana Bidang Ekonomi Di Indonesia”. Kedua, hukum perdata-dagang dengan sub-tema “Kajian Yuridis Legalitas Hadirnya Bank Digital Dan Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Nasabahnya Di Indonesia”. Ketiga, HTN-HAN dengan tema “Kajian Yuridis Perlindungan Dan Jaminan Bagi Pekerja Dalam Transformasi Hukum Ketenagakerjaan”. LKTI sendiri diikuti oleh 27 delegasi dari Fakultas Hukum yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.
The competition was divided into two rounds: a preliminary round and a final round. In the preliminary round, assessment was based on the scientific paper documents submitted by delegates. From these submissions, the 4-5 best documents were selected to advance to the final round. In the final round, delegates were required to present before the panel of judges for 10 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. The judging methodology used to determine the competition's winners weighted 60% of the score from the paper assessment and 40% from the presentation assessment.
In light of this achievement, the FH UGM delegate extends his gratitude to all those who provided assistance - both material and non-material - enabling the achievement of this optimal result. The delegate hopes that other students at the UGM Faculty of Law will continue to achieve success, both at the national and international level.
