UGM Faculty of Law's Wellness Center Now Open, Supporting a Healthy Campus Lifestyle

The Faculty of Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FH UGM) has officially opened its Wellness Center a fitness and physical health facility available to students, lecturers, and administrative staff. The facility can be accessed through an online reservation system at bit.ly/RegistrasiGymFHUGM, which opens every Friday and closes on Sunday.

For FH UGM students, the gym is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays across three daily sessions: Session 1 (07:00–10:00), Session 2 (11:00–13:00), and Session 3 (14:00–16:00). Lecturers and administrative staff, on the other hand, may use the facility on any day and in any session. Each session is capped at a maximum of 10 participants to ensure the comfort and safety of all users. Students are also required to bring and present their Student Identity Card (KTM or e-KTM) to the officer upon arrival at their chosen session.

This initiative is in line with FH UGM's commitment to creating a healthy, productive, and sustainable campus environment. By providing an inclusive fitness facility, the faculty contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, by promoting healthy lifestyles for all members of the academic community, and SDG 4: Quality Education, through the cultivation of discipline and a healthy balance between physical fitness and academic achievement.

With the Wellness Center now in place, FH UGM hopes that all members of its academic community will take the opportunity to maintain their fitness, improve their quality of life, and help build a healthier and more harmonious campus culture.
