As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University and PT Pertamina (Persero) in organizing a legal training program for PT Pertamina (Persero) employees, a lecturer from the business law department at UGM’s Faculty of Law has once again been a speaker in the program. One of the topics presented in the program, themed “Legal Business Clarity: Navigation for Oil and Gas Company”
One of the lecturers from the Department of Business Law at FH UGM, Royhan Akbar, S.H., LL.M., served as a speaker in the program. During the session, Royhan Akbar presented material on the Business Judgment Rule across four sessions, covering its underlying principles, related doctrines, and case studies, before concluding with a post-test.
The legal training program also served as part of the ongoing effort to strengthen cooperation between the Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada and PT Pertamina (Persero). Through this initiative, both institutions are expected to build a stronger and more synergistic partnership. The program also aligns with the seventeenth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), namely Partnerships for the Goals.
