Universitas Gadjah Mada Faculty of Law established a partnership with PT Pertamina (Persero) and held a legal training for the employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) through its Natural Resources Governance Studies.
Such a workshop with the theme of “Legal Business Clarity: Navigation for Oil and Gas Company” is aimed at enhancing the apprehension of PT Pertamina (Persero) employees towards legal knowledge, mainly in the aspect of business law, corporate law, and contract law within the national and international sphere. From a total of 12 weeks training which has started since this May, some of it involved lecturers from the business law department as the speakers, namely Prof. M. Hawin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Drs. Paripurna, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Prof. Dr. Sulistiowati, S.H., M.Hum., Dr. Veri Antoni, S.H., M.Hum.
specifically this August with Royhan Akbar, S.H., LL.M. along with Elvino Martinus, S.H. as partner from Santoso, Martinus & Muliawan Advocates. Said session which was held in MIH UGM Jakarta Campus on August 11th 2024 focused on the topic of Corporate Law.
This collaboration is expected to make a meaningful contribution to strengthening legal understanding among professionals at PT Pertamina (Persero), particularly in addressing the increasingly complex challenges of the oil and gas industry.
