Faculty of Law UGM, along with KPK through PJKAKI Directorate and Yogyakarta District Court had finished the partnership agreement on recording of corruption crime trials. Not only UGM, KPK had also partnered with the other 32 universities all over Indonesia since 2004. The result of the recording itself that will be used by the KPK’s General Prosecutor in compiling the facts, charges, and indictments of the trial.
Since January until May 2024, Faculty of Law UGM through Satria Paramarta Moot Court Organization (SPARTA) had finished the Rection for the Case 1/Pid.Sus-TPK/2024/PN Yyk at Yogyakarta District Court that consisted of 19 hearings. This Rection is conducted every Monday and Thursday with adjusting to the court schedule that have been appointed by the District Court, also adjusted with the readiness from the Judges Board, General Prosecutor, the Attorney, and the Witness and Expert that will be summoned. Before starting the Rection, the members of Satria Paramartha that assigned in the Rection Team has received a training for the portable Rection devices that was summoned on Monday (22/01/24).
The collaboration between Faculty of Law UGM and KPN and the District Court has implemented the 17th point of SDGs on the Partnership for the Goals. Through this partnership, Faculty of Law is looking forward for continuing the synergy with KPK and the District Court to help the development of knowledge and technology.
