Master of Medical Law Study Program Faculty of Law UGM has conducted the Visitation and Reaccreditation that held on Thursday (27/6/2024). This activity was shown as the evaluation for the Master of Medical Law Faculty of Law UGM in order to achieve accreditation with a more excellent rating.
This Visitation and Reaccreditation by Master of Medical Law was opened with the welcome remarks from Vice Dean for Academic, Student Affairs, and Partnership, Ardianto Dwi Nugroho, S.H., Adv LL.M., LL.D. He gave an overview on the importance of visitation reaccreditation and aiming for the entire process can be held properly. This activity then proceeded afterwards with the introduction, the welcome remarks along with the explanation on the procedure and the objectives of this event by the assessor team from BAN-PT by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Arifin, S.H., M.H. and Prof. Dr. Joni Emirzon, S.H., M.Hum.
This series of activities that held in this visitation including the interview session with the related parties that have a relevance on the Master of Medical Law Study Program, which is namely, the Head of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) and the Internal Quality Assurance Team. Aside from that, there were also interview session with the lecturer and other academic staffs, interview with the alumni and external user, interview with the students, also special interview with the Accreditation Team. This interview was conducted to inform the aspects that included in accreditation rating for the study program. After the interview session was done, the assessor will prepare an official report draft and recommendation for the accreditation result that would be evaluated further.
This visitation was closed with the submission and verification of the Field Assessment Official Report by the assessor team to the Head of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) was conducted, followed by the signing of the Field Assessment Official Report. This closing marked the end of the visitation process, which is expected to yield positive results for the Master of Health Law Program at the Faculty of Law UGM, and to continue developing and contributing to the field of medical law in Indonesia.
