1. Kurikulum dan Panduan Akademik Program Studi Hukum
As mandated by Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education, the educational curriculum of an institution is mandated to be always in line and renewed according to the development of needs and science and technology (IPTEK) as elaborated in the Graduate Learning Outcomes. In order to revise the curriculum which has been implemented since 2015, the UGM Bachelor in Law Program has held activities in evaluating and changing the curriculum since the beginning of 2020.
Changes in the curriculum in universities must be carried out in response to the development of activities in Science, Technology, and the Arts) community needs, and the needs of graduate users (stakeholder needs). The Faculty of Law, UGM routinely holds curriculum workshops, both for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, as well as a series of annual Dies Natalis events
However, at the beginning of 2020, the Ministry of Education and Culture implemented a new policy in the field of higher education through the "Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka" (MBKM) program which is still under dynamic discussions. The MBKM policy provides opportunities for students to gain wider learning experiences and new competencies through several learning activities outside the study program. 2. Course Schedule

The classroom can be updated on any occasion, adjusting to the course quota, thereby students are warned to check their schedule regularly in SIMASTER, following with the class shifting schedule announcement.
3. Tutorial on Planning the Study Plan Card
Jadwal KRS Semester Gasal T.A 2025/2026
JAM MULAI KRS KHUSUS KAMIS 7 AGUSTUS 2025: PKL. 16.45 WIB
Dalam pengisian KRS semester Genap T.A 2024/2025 agar mahasiswa lebih mudah menyusun jadwal dan terhindar dari bentrok jam maka disarankan:
- Mahasiswa wajib mengisi EDOM dan Evaluasi Kesehatan Mental sebelum melakukan KRS
- Untuk mahasiswa yang mengulang bisa menyesuaikan dengan mata kuliah jatah semester agar jadwal tidak bentrok.
- Jika mahasiswa masih memilih jam-jam tertentu atau memilih dosen tertentu maka dipastikan akan kesulitan menyusun jadwal, semester ini kelas wajib dilaksanakan dengan Team Teaching Pararel materi, jadi semua dosen akan bergiliran masuk ke semua kelas sesuai jatah materi kuliah.
- Maksimal peserta kelas untuk kelas wajib adalah 65 mahasiswa, untuk maksimal peserta kelas mata kuliah PLKH Pilihan dan Konsentrasi masih fleksibel.
- Ruang kuliah bisa bergeser atau berganti menyesuaikan jumlah peserta kelas setelah masa KRS
- Penambahan Kuota kelas dilakukan tgl 8 Agustus Pkl. 08.00 I 10.00 I 13.00 I 15.00 Wib selama masa KRS
- Kelas MBKM yg muncul disemua mata kuliah hanya khusus untuk mahasiswa yang mengambil MBKM semester ini (untuk keperluan PRA KRS dan konversi nilai MBKM
- Mahasiswa semester akhir yang tinggal menempuh Penulisan Hukum tetap WAJIB MELAKUKAN KRS, jika tidak dilakukan maka data kegiatan akademik tidak lengkap di PDDIKTI dan tidak akan mendapatkan PIN IJAZAH untuk wisuda.
Akademik bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan semua mahasiswa mendapatkan kelas melalui jalur KRS Online ataupun KRS Darurat setelah masa KRS dimana mhs yg belum mendapatkan kelas hanya akan memilih mata kuliah saja, sedangkan kelas yang akan disesuaikan oleh akademik dan akademik juga punya tanggung jawab ke departemen untuk memastikan peserta kelas berimbang jumlahnya disemua kelas.
- KRS Darurat (Bagi mahasiswa yang belum mendapatkan kelas) bisa mengisi form here, mulai 9 Agustus (Pkl. 08.00 WIB) s.d 10 Agustus 2025 (Pkl. 15.00 WIB)
- Hapus/Drop KRS bisa dilakukan s.d 22 Agustus 2025
4. Lecturer Evaluation
The Undergraduate Program has several methods to evaluate the lectures, one of them is filling the EDOM that is available on Simaster that can only be done once in every semester. Besides, the Undergraduate Program also invites the students to evaluate the Faculty through the program called “Hearing Dekanat”.
